Geocache Description:

Toyota-Anjo Cycling Road is a bike path of about 25km(16 miles) along the Meiji Irrigation Canal.
A lot of people are enjoying the cycling, the jog, and walking for holiday.
The Meiji Irrigation Canal was completed to supply for agriculture and industrial water to Nishi-Mikawa southwest in 1880.
Anei river is artificial river made in 1777 (Anei 6 in Japanese era) for draining the rain water to Yahagi river. The connection point of Anei river to Yahagi river was changed for flood control. Now “The Great improvement in Heisei” from 2002 changes the connection point to the place shown by public coordinates. By this improvement that will be finished in 2014, the long tunnel over 2km was completed.
Cache is hidden in vicinity of Anei river and Yahagi river. To get the real coordinates please solve the puzzle shown in below.
There is no official parking lot and traffic is heavy near the cache so please be careful.

豊田安城サイクリングロードは明治用水に沿って約25km(16マイル)の自転車道です。
休日には多くの人がサイクリング、ジョギング、ウォーキングを楽しんでいます。
明治用水は西三河南西部に農業用、工業用の水を供給するために1880年に完成しました。
安永川は流域の雨水を矢作川に流すために安永6年(1777年)に作られた人工河川です。これまでに数々の洪水対策のための改修により矢作川への合流位置、が変更されてきましたが、平成14年(2002年)より行われている“平成の大改修”により、平成26年(2014年)には公開座標の位置に合流位置が移ります。また、排水量を増やすために全長2kmを超えるトンネルも完成します。
キャッシュはこの合流予定点の近くの以下に示す場所に設置されています。
近くに駐車場はないので車でお越しの際はご注意ください。また、交通量も意外に多いのでご注意ください。
