The River City Geocaching & Dining Society (RCGDS) would like to invite you and your family to join us on July 14, 2012 from 11:30am to 3pm for an afternoon of BBQ, visiting, games, and water fun for all.
Please bring:
1) Your own drinks
2) Your own meat/meat substitute to grill
3) A potluck dish to share
I have noticed that a lot of us geocachers like to play games when we aren't out geocaching. A favorite of some seems to be Scrabble or Words with Friends so I thought it would be fun to do a Scrabble run. Similar to poker run, except we will be gathering letters to see who can build the biggest scoring word.
There will be a prize for the biggest scoring word and for the person who can come up with a geocaching related word.
And have the kids bring their bathing suits as the park also has a small water feature area that turns on at Noon every day.
