O Canada! Our home and native land! True patriot love in all thy sons command. With glowing hearts we see thee rise, The True North strong and free! From far and wide, O Canada, we stand on guard for thee. God keep our land glorious and free! O Canada, we stand on guard for thee. O Canada, we stand on guard for thee. On July 1st, 1867 the British North American Act was signed, thus turning three large colonies into one unified country now known as Canada. The first day of July every year is celebrated as being the birth day of Canada. Being that I am originally from Canada but now living in Sweden I thought it only appropriate to celebrate by placing a Geocache in honour of Canada's birthday. The cache itself is large container with a waterproof lock and lock inside. I have placed some Canadian themed trade items in the cache as well. I hope everyone that logs enjoys this cache and remember, if you look far enough to the west while signing the log book, you might even get a glimpse of Canada! Well probably not, but you never know! NOTE: BRING YOUR OWN PEN!!!
