Geocache Description:

While out on a Cambria caching excursion on this beautiful June day, we passed this spot near Hearst Castle and spotted a dazzle of Zebras! I'm not sure if this is a regular congregating spot of theirs but I thought I'd mark this special place anyway. Hope you spy them while you are here!



KowBunga, of our caching crew, asks:
Are zebras white with black stripes or black with whites stripes?


Stripes
It was previously believed that zebras were white animals with black stripes, since some zebras have white underbellies. Embryological evidence, however, shows that the animal's background color is black and the white stripes and bellies are additions.
