Geocache Description:

This is another cache in my Bambi series on the trail to Fawn Lake.  It is a decon container and is named for Friend Owl who is the first character to appear in Bambi.

Friend Owl is an older adult character.  He is best remembered for his warnings to Bambi and his friends about the dangers of becoming "twitterpated". (See the related web page for the film clip.)  Feel free to invite Friend Owl into conversation when you see him.  He is a talkative and opinionated fellow!  Just try not to wear him down too much.
