COOKIE CUTTER CACHE...Easy hide in Boxford State Forest. Kid/winter friendly. Take a cookie cutter and make a batch of cookies to share with friends. This cache is in memory of Sandy who made the best cookies in the world. A cookie cutter TB in Sandy's name will begin its journey in this cache.
An easy find from parking area. Trail can be wet after heavy rain (just stick to the sides). Good chance to continue down the trail and find other nearby caches (Keep it Simple Cache) after locating this one. TRY THIS RECIPE WITH YOUR NEW COOKIE CUTTER Fayezee's Butter Cookies 14 tlbs. butter (1 stick + 3/4 stick) 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter, sugar, beat in egg, add vanilla, add dry ingred. Refrig. Roll out quite thin on floured board. These are baked on ugreased cookie sheet until lightly browned on edges. Cool and then put together with jam. Or you can make a little thicker and frost and decorate them.
