George Klein, the famous entrepreneur has millions. Unfortunately, he has suffered a heart attack and has died. Kurt Klein, his son, was expected to receive his fortunes. However, all he got was a piece of paper with some numbers on it:

 

Kurt Klein was extremely secretive. Just before he died he said, "SOLVE THE PUZZLE, FIND THE FORTUNE! Can you help Kurt get the money?

Cache Info:

There are some nice views of the city skyline from GZ. The cache is a small ammo decon container with room for a few swaps. There is a pencil but bring your own pen to be sure.
