Geocache Description:

This Bonus cache is to be undertaken after collecting the 8 clues from the caches (inside the container lids and/or on top of the log sheets) on the 3 mile ‘A trail of 2 halves’ circuit.

This cache is not at the above co-ordinates. You can work out the co-ordinates at the parking area along Hatch Warren Lane as the bonus cache can be found only a short walk; uphill; from there.

At the top you will find a lovely flat grassy area and a children’s play park (with swings & slide). Continue walking (down & uphill again) closer to the M3. You are looking for a small camouflage box containing a pencil and log book. It is large enough for drops, swaps and TB's.

Hope you have enjoyed this ‘urban to countryside’ series and we look forward to reading your logs. After collecting the letters from inside the container lids and/or top of the log sheets, use them to solve this easy puzzle which will give you the coordinates to find the bonus cache:-

North 51 14.(a+b) (c) (d) West 001 06.(e-f) (g) (h)

a = cache number ?  minus 6 = ?

b = cache number ?  subtract 5 = ?

c = cache number ?  take-away  3 = ?

d = cache number ?  plus 4 = ?

e = cache number 10 minus 3 = ?

f = cache number ?  plus 2 = ?

g = cache number 9  minus  6 = ?

h = cache number ?  add  4 = ?

If you are stuck, some helpful information (to assist you with the answers) are stuck to the lid of cache number eight.....good luck.
