Geocache Description:

Cache is a small, with room for a log, and very small tradables.

Debbie and I were trying to think of a cool suburban series that we could put out that was not only easy get/find, but had memories, not only for us but for many who may have grown up in the El Paso area.  We hit on what we think was a cool idea, hence this series was born.
We went to the area and lo and behond, A NEW WALMART!  Is nothing sacred?  We drove down an alley south of the store looking for an appropriate GZ, took off a fence post cover and were suprised to find a chain with an empty film canister attached.  We were pretty sure we checked the immediate area for caches and there were none.  Laughing our heads off, we proceeded to the 2nd choice.
When you find this easy cache and are facing east, you would have been facing directly toward the movie screen.  If you remember this theater, feel free to list what movie(s)  you might have seen that stuck in your mind.  I'm pretty sure I saw a few of the epic bible movies at this theater.  Opened in 1947, it was closed in 1973, to be replaced by a WOOLCO.
So, get the popcorn, the sodas, the milk duds, and pillows for the little ones and head out for the movies.  Be mindful of muggles, and BYOP.   To be continued....
