This cache is located in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle, although more in a residential area than the alternative and edgy scenes you might associate with Capitol Hill. There are local coffee shops, a few restaurants, and a church nearby. Pardon my pun about SOULy but I couldn't resist since the church was so close!
For the cache itself, you'll be looking for it attached magnetically. You can access it from the sidewalk and if you look casual enough, all the muggles nearby will simply think you're tying your shoes..
