We were going to hide this cache at pre-determined coordinates, but we misplaced them. CacheMonkey03 seemed to have information for us regarding the numbers, but this is what he gave us.

This is one of 54 puzzle caches spelling out "WSGA" in honor of the 10th anniversary of Washington State Geocaching Association.
