En dryg halvmil norr om Visbys stadsgräns ligger Brucebro. Namnet kommer från konstnären William Blair Bruce och hans fru Carolina Benedickt Bruce, som kring sekelskiftet ägde marken här. På våren är det ett böljande blålila fält av blåsippor.
Barn och andra med det nyfikna sinnet i behåll, brukar älska att utforska klintens grottor. Vår GPS var dock lite förvirrad och ostabil vid cachens gömställe. Cachen är ett sk. ”petrör”, så vänligen medtag skrivredskap.

About 5 kilometer north of Visby you find Brucebro. The name is related to the artist William Blair Bruce and his wife Mrs. Carolina Benedickt Bruce, who around the turn of the century owned the land here. In springtime you will see a billowing blue field of hepaticas.
Children and others with the curious mind intact use to like explore the caves on the hill. Our GPS was rather confused and unstable at the hiding-place. The cache is a pet-tube, so please bring your own pencil.
