Jeffery's Landing Traditional Cache

The Casselman River Watershed Association is a non-profit organization devoted to the conservation of the natural resources located within the Casselman River Watershed. Membership consists of community members willing to take action to improve the quality of life in their communities by joining in the effort to provide a cleaner environment for ourselves and future generations.

The Casselman River begins near Grantsville, Maryland, and then flows northward through Somerset County, Pennsylvania, on its way to the Youghiogheny River.
The Casselman River is a 55 mile long tributary of the Youghiogheny River in western Pennsylvania. The river rises in western Maryland before making a great arc across Somerset County in the Laurel Highlands region. The river flows primarily northward. Major tributaries include Piney, Flaugherty, Blue Lick, Buffalo, Coxes, Middle, Whites and Laurel Hill Creeks. Laurel Hill Creek joins the Casselman River just a few yards above its confluence with the Youghiogheny River near the appropriately named town of Confluence, Pennsylvania.

River Access CRWA has constructed five river access points along the Casselman River to aid in the public's ability to access and enjoy the river and all it has to offer. These access points include:

 Brant's Landing, located in Garrett, PA
 Robert's Landing, located in Rockwood, PA
 A boating access located in Markleton, PA
 Jeffery's Landing, located in Meyersdale, PA
 A boating and fishing access at Fort Hill, PA
