Thirteen caches are ready to be published at 9am on September 2nd . If you are unable to load geocaches onto your GPS automatically there will be limited hard copies at the hotel which will open at 11am .Please ask for them as they are behind the bar.
There will also be a challenge. CHECK OUT THE CHALLENGE CALLED "Arachnioretum".
You will need wellies or walking boots. If you do the series in reverse there is a steep uphill climb. The series is roughly two miles long.

Parking : There is a small car parking charge, so much per car which entitles you to park all day. There is a steep tarmac road so you can drive all the way down which is ideal for families with young children or anyone who has difficulty walking back up.
Simple rules : Act like a muggle, don't congregate with your caching friends.
At 2pm : a whistle will be blown : all cachers are to don any sort of HAT and wave a flag of country of your choice ( or if you are clever and have time a flag with your geocaching identity), and congregate around the person holding a bucket aloft.
Please bring a postcard/slip of paper with your caching name on : put it in the bucket, this is the log book!
A draw will take place and the card selected will be given FTF!
Time for a group photo!
Flashmob will last for 15 minutes only : remove hats and disperse to the pub and/or ...... chase the Finds which will be published in the morning to celebrate the event!
Food is available at Hartland Quay Hotel: Roasts served from 12.00 til 2.30.
Sandwiches , cakes and / or cream teas 3.00 til 5.30. Please can you log whether you will want to eat and which sitting.
A log book will be placed for visitors to the cache.
