This cache is located on one of the tallest hills in Elkader. The 8 year old of tjsbwilwert says, "It's as close to heaven as you can get in Elkader without actually dying."
The cache is a small lock-lid container. There's room for small trade items and trackables. The first to find prize is a brand new trackable.
