I have passed this shopping center many times and have been amused at its name. I like to think that perhaps it was named what it is to draw attention to itself. Regardless, this is where the cache is located, and the title of the cache is a good hint.
I do want to note that while placing this cache I noticed there was a bookstore near where I parked that had some shelves of free books outside. Pretty neat so I grabbed a few to place in my guest bedroom on nightstands (although the majority of these books were ancient or full of education info like physics). I dont know if it is a permanent fixture though.
Oh, no need to mess with the electrical Box, its not inside of it. Stealth is important. Maybe you can pose for a picture of the family near the caches location so you dont look so odd. I would also park so your car blocks the view of the cache location to the nearby bookstore
