Geocache Description:

This is an easy caches in a location enjoyed by families.

The Graham Husson Fauna Park is an area loved by my kids and they were very surprised that there was no cache here, so we thought this would be a great location for our first cache.

The Lion Fauna Park was officially opened by the Hon Digby Crozier MLC on the 25th June 1975.
The unusual western grey kangaroos were purchased as part of the refurbishment of the park in 2009 in the hope their rare colouring would attract visitors. They reside with emus, wallabies & ducks.

It is a great area for families to come & play. With the site boasting a fantastic playground & wonderful BBQ area.
The GZ is a great spot to be able to see these wonderful creatures as they stay away from the feeding frenzy that is dominated by the emus & ducks.

Don’t forget to bring a bag of bread for the emus & as my kids have discovered they enjoy Cheezels too!

A small cache with room for small swaps

Enjoy the cache!
