Geocache Description:

Fourth cache in the Wotton Wander series. Follow them in order and it will take you on a 'W' shaped tour of the town (including one of my other caches Holywell Hideaway)

This cache is not far from the war memorial. The log book is nano but the container is not! No room for pencil or any items. Have  a look at the names on the memorial – it is incredible how many men lost their lives in the two wars from such a small town and how many were from the same families.
I love the fact that some people get the hint but not others - must be a generational thing or maybe my taste in music Writing implement needed
