Welcome to the Hi Lonesome Conservation Area!
This is a 655 acre native prairie that's home to many species of birds, insects, flowers, and other animals. From this corner looking south and east is probably the best view of this conservation area.
You can access the cache from the county road and won't need to cross any fences for this one. You're looking for a soda preform container that's about 1" x 6". There is a barbed wire fence here so be careful. There's also a warning sign about an electric fence but it's not near the cache.
Permission was granted by the MO Department of Conservation and there's a special use permit on file with them.
