Cornwell’s Turkeyville is a family owned and operated business. It features a restaurant with a menu of lunch and dinner turkey entrees, homestyle pies, homemade ice cream, flavored popcorn, a dinner theatre, gift shop, a petting farm for the youngsters, and a full service campground with camp store. Weekends can be very busy so stealth may be required. Stop by for something to eat or something cold to drink and enjoy the tour.
This series is designed to be a walking loop/tour; approximately 1 mile. Please park in the main parking lot. From the main parking lot, proceed direct to waypoint N 42 20.805 W 084 59.972. This will place you in a position to go directly to the cache site. Bring a pen and a tool to extract the log if needed. The trail is hard to see between Turkeyville – the beginning and Turkeyville – trailhead. Stay next to the farm field until reaching Turkeyville – trailhead. . From there the trail circumvents the campground. Please respect the privacy of the campers and stay on the trail outside of the campground. Part of the trail crosses the tracks for the miniature railroad. Please cross the tracks only at designated crossing points.
