Geocache Description:

This cache was placed to commemorate TheCachin8tor’s 1000th find on July 4th, 2012.

From the very beginning, August 27th, 2011, when he discovered Ridgewood Park – Elk River City Parks 6, geocaching has been his life’s passion, and he has lived each and every day for the thrill of the hunt, the elation of the FTF and the devious pleasure of designing his own mind-twisting caches (through wind, sleet, hail, snow, epic fails, spontaneous monsoons, poison ivy, Leap Day blizzards, the suds and those darn piggies).  His geopartners, SB_Cachepants, LuckyTurtle, AE_Geohound, resyek83, glitterangel and theodellfamily knew they needed to do something extraordinary for this milestone, so Where is a Flying HK When You Need One? came online (you may not understand what the name means, but rest assured that he does).  Congratulations, TheCachin8tor, on this awesome achievement, and here’s to hoping you hit the next one before Skynet becomes self-aware.
