Geocache Description:

Last one today. Wanted to place one near this new overpass that is a monument for use of tax money to provide something not really needed for a few that are too lazy to drive an extra mile.

This location will probably be renovated soon and I'll have to replace the cache; but until then, welcome to Springville (whatever that is), find the cache, enjoy, and if you look south you might see an airplane; I like airplanes.
