Located near the old Chaiyi jail, this is the second part of a bi-cache series.
The other one is "Crime and Punishment - are you guilty?" (GC3J8Y8)
Hunetr is welcome to find these two caches in one trip.
The cache is tiny bottle, you don't need to get into the jail to find it.
The old Chaiyi jail is no longer holding crimes and it becomes a musem opened for public tourism.
It only open 4 times a day: 09:30, 10:30, 13:30, and 14:30 for every Tuesday to Sunday.
It does not allow individules to go into the jail alone, you must be lead by a narrator.
