Geocache Description:

A water cache on the Watsonville or Struve Slough in Watsonville. If you can get to the location, the find should be easy.

Getting to the location might be tough. See the images in the 2 nearbye caches "You Cant Get There From Here", and "You Can't Get Here From There". Actually, you can use either of these locations to get there. I am including the parking and putin points that I used. This is one of the better birders paradises around. We saw hundreds of birds.  The Green Heron above had to be chased off to hide the cache.   The background image is of a flock of night herons, and the picture below is of a great blue Heron along the shore as we kayaked. The cache containers are small hanging bison tubes camoed to blend in with the grey colored trees.
Get your kayak, canoe, boat and explore the area! Please respect this pristine nature area.

Note: Thanks to Dragons West and this map, I have been corrected. This is not Harkins Slough (my original name), but Watsonville's slough, or maybe Struve's Slough (boundary is not clear). Harkins slough is nearby, as visible on the map. The 3 cache locations are approximately marked with red dots.
