Geocache Description:

Well this one isn't very clever but has potential.   If I can claim the space eventually this can become something much more difficult!  (LOL).  So yes it is an easy park and grab (for now).
And YES - as of 5/17/2013 there is now a pretty park to the east, instead of a big gray wall! Will leave this one in its spot however and added a more helpful hint. Coordinates may still be off a bit. Congratulations to ArchtMig for the FTF
