What is a white-collar dog park you may ask? Well it's a park that is strictly for dogs to do their business! At least that's what it looks like to me.
At the given coordinates you will find a park that is situated on a road median. This is a safe place to come apparently, as there is a bench located in the center for you to rest on. There are two trees located at either end of the median, and hanging on each of these trees is a bag of, well, bags! The bags are here for those doggies that come to do their 'business' (do you see what I am getting at now? 
). Feel free to grab a bag if you feel compelled to CITO, however I think this place usually stays pretty well maintained.
Cache contains only a log to start but has a small amount of room for trade items.

Please be careful in getting to the cache site. I want to remind you that although this is a normal place to visit, one should still use caution when crossing the street.
