A quick park & grab, it should be an easy find. Though it is not at the war monument (to show respect by not having people hunting around the monument), it is near the monument offering you an opportunity to quietly reflect.
Not far from Maplelawn (historical home) on Richmond Road, though it now operates as a Keg Manor restaurant - a very beautiful building with gardent - well worth checking out.
Lot's of street parking near by.....
A standard small container cache, easy find especially for kids, careful of passer-by'rs
