A nice walk towards an environmental reserve. Near the Cochrane water treatment plant. We hope it is enjoyed as much as our last Cache, for we like to make our Geocache's as original as possible.
The Geocache is not far off Quigley, and the coordinates should bring you to some rocks near the water treatment plant. The actual container is a film container... but you are looking for something bigger...it is easier to spot than one might think, but over time HAS become more camouflaged with dust and dirt ( Once you see it... you'll agree! ) For some reason... kids seem to do better at this one!!!. Parking is nearby and it should only be a short walk to get there. We recommend going through the reserve from where it starts at Quigley as there are usually many nice birds in the area. Note* As of late, we have noticed that there is a Garter Snake that has taken up residence near the Cache..... Makes it all the more exciting! Hope you enjoy! PLEASE PUT CACHE BACK EXACTLY AS FOUND! Thanks! Note* In winter months, our Cache would be extremely difficult to find due to snow and ice cover. Would not recommend looking for it during these times. Use EXTREME caution, as rocks can be quite slippery! Thanks!
