The cache was placed by a group of geocachers who are descendants of Thelma Hamman.The reunion is every year the first Sunday in July. 2011 we did the steps to find the caches there. We decided to do it again the next year. This year we decided to place our own cache. This is the first of two we placed today. We had an awesome day and a lot of fun. We come from different areas, local,FL and NJ.
This is in the area of the 1000 steps near the vista at the top to the right.Tb for first to find,and an activated tb to represent our gang and the 4th of July Congratulations to TheGeoSleuth and the carels for shared FTF. You do not have to climb any rocks to get to this, follow the steps to the big rocks and make a right on the path.
