The coordinates are not the actual location of the cache, but to the front of the building which houses the cache. Access is easy walking on level ground through the building on the ground floor level. But you must first find its precise location, just as if you were looking for a library book. Possibility of muggles close by....

Cache contains a moderate sized container holding some trinkets, a small log book and something to write with. This cache may only be accessed during the following hours:
Monday through Wednesday: 11am to 7pm
Thursday through Saturday: 11am to 5 pm
Sunday: Closed
