Geocache Description:


A quick park and grab.
Crooked River flows from headwaters in the Southern Alps to Lake Brunner on the West Coast of NZ. It is named for the erratic path it takes. Near Lake Brunner the river passes through reasonably flat farmland but nearer it's source it rushes through gorges and rapids.
It is a popular river with trout fishermen. Cache contains only log and pencil, no room for swaps.
