This is the 8th puzzle in the neogeo585 puzzle challenge. The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You will have to solve the puzzle to get the coordinates.

I have seen numbers like these around the US but never flying high above the US.

Notes about this cache: I had to do something I do not like to do with this puzzle. I will give the hint to it on the 7th along with another hint, but many of you will not need it. I have purposely kept the text to a minimum to see how it goes. This puzzle was originally intended for July, which would have been slightly more appropriate, but an unanticipated problem delayed it. I thought it was time I finally do a cache down south, so here it is. Be careful of the poison ivy on the way to the cache. Depending on the approach there may be a lot.
