This is part of a sub-series tributing the members of Organization XIII, the villianous organization present in Kingdom Hearts II, Chain of Memories, and 358/2 Days.
(SPOILERS FOR THE KINGDOM HEARTS GAME SERIES MAY FOLLOW)
Xion (pronounced Shion) is no. XIV. She appears only in 358/2 Days, and is not referenced in any other games because none of the characters remember her. She is not a Nobody but in fact, a partial replica of Roxas. She was created by the Organization so that they could ensure that Sora would not be restored. However, at the end of 358/2 Days, Roxas absorbed her into himself.
