Right of Way Water Works Traditional Cache

This cache is part of the "Right of Way" series. This one is more difficult than a typical cache. It will take some exploration, thought and "equipment" that might not normally accompany you on a cache hunt. Some on-site assistance from a friend might be helpful, but you can manage alone. My GPS was a little bouncy near GZ, which I attributed to the overhead power lines.

It is not necessary to construct, destruct, dig, move, take apart, turn over, disassemble, climb, or in any way take steps to disturb the area or items in the area of the cache to make the find. There is nearby parking located at a couple of businesses. The owners of those business places do not know about the cache, but the cache is not on their properties. Do use stealth as necessary. Once you are near GZ, you will likely not be observed by muggles. This will give you ample freedom to explore. Please take care in your log so that you do not provide any spoilers. The cache is a challenge, but a spoiler could certainly make it much less challenging. Please enjoy.
