The Frazzle cache is located at the given coordinates . However, to log this one as a find you must first complete your Difficulty/Terrain matrix (the 81). This cache differs from the Fizzy in at which ALL cache find dates will be accepted. That is to say, that after you have completed your matrix,whatever the date(s) that are on the finds when it was published is ok by me.
With all the different Fizzy challenges throughout the geo-world with their date specified requirements I felt a simpler BONUS was called for, for those of us who have completed the 81 matrix but find it just a bit " frazzling" to locate the right difficulty/terrain cache and then have to make sure it falls within the given date range(s). Of course if you have already logged a Fizzy you are good to go here as well.
