This area is popular for walking and jogging. It's an interesting spot with a somewhat of a nice view. I'd park down Klein and walk towards the little magnetic cache. BYOP pretty please :).Oh yeah there is some truth to the title :) Be observant and look both ways before you cross the street. SAFETY FIRST!
