**The cache IS at the posted co-ordinates**
To log this cache, you must log atleast half of the caches on Koh Chang. At the time of cache placement there were 20 caches on Koh Chang. Therefore, if someone were to log this cache now, they would be required to have logged atleast 10 caches on the island before they logged this one. I will do my best to update the required number to log. New caches may be added, and others may be archived. I will only count the caches that are on Koh Chang proper, the outlying minor islands will not be counted towards the total caches on the island. Although, If you log those caches, they may be counted towards your total of caches found.
A requirement of logging this cache is that you upload a screenshot of all your smileys on the island to prove how many you have found. If you cannot do this, then simply list the GC codes of the caches that you have found in your log
