This is one in a series of caches placed to recognize some local cachers for various accomplishments.
This cache was placed to recognize the Neumanns. With nearly 1,900 found and 99 placed they just keep caching away. They’re a fun group to go caching with too. Congratulations on your accomplishment and thanks for all the caches you’ve put out.
Well, sooner or later it had to happen. This cache will require that you go ashore. Fortunately the bottom is small stones that are easy to walk on and you don't have to go far.
When placing this cache I launched from Kiwanis Park on River Road/Route 5S in Rotterdam Junction. The launch coordinates are N 42 50.841 W 074 00.828. Kiwanis Park is open from sunrise to sunset.
Please be careful that the cache container gets replaced the way you found it – high, dry, and intact.
Waterproof paper log – bring your pen because pencils won’t write on it.
