Geocache Description:

#34 in the back country series.

This cache is part of a series of back woods caches in southern Thomas County. The entire series is on dirt roads in an unimproved area of the county. On both sides of the road for the bulk of this series of caches the land is privately owned and no trespassing signs are posted along the way. Be aware of those areas. None of these caches are more than a few feet off the road. If you see a fence, the cache will not be past the fence; it will be on the public right-of-way Only one cache in the entire series is in the woods, and that particular cache is not in an area marked no trespassing. However, even though these caches are all close to the road, do not make the mistake of assuming these are park and grabs. The few that are listed as difficulty 1.0 or 1.5 might be park and grabs, but the rest will require work and searching. A few will even require special tools. Area cachers will recognize these as "Yarddogg" tools.
There are also challenge caches in some areas of the country that require the cacher to first log a series of caches that begin with each letter of the alphabet, numbers, or various punctuation marks. This series is designed to assist the cacher to fulfill the requirements for those bonus caches.
The difficulty level of this cache is based on its placement. You might be able to see it, but getting to it is the challenge. Please place the cache back exactly as you found it, or it'll be way too easy for the next cacher. Don't be lazy.
