Taking a nine mile stroll through Chugach State Park, akgh519 and I were traversing the terrain and trying to avoid the remaining patches of snow from last year's winter. A much-needed rest was taken at this spot which not only provides an obvious hide location, but also offers an incredible view down the valley. Thankfully, akgh519 let me borrow this container so I could place this cache for your enjoyment. There is no easy approach to this one, as it is situated approximately half way up (or down) the hill. Catch your breath as you soak in this view!

Closest parking is at the Mount Baldy trailhead at the end of Golden Eagle Drive. Recommended start is summiting Mount Baldy and grabbing Baldy Eagle (GC782C) and Guardians (GC33DXJ). You're on your own from there!
Congratulations to akerdoc for the FTF!
