Access Note: There is just enough roadside parking if you are travelling from the south to access the cache without getting out onto the road. If travelling from the north it may be better to park up the side road and carefully cross the main road. Though the road isn't busy please take care with kids.
Strictly speaking scrumping is to "steal fruit, especially apples, from a garden or orchard" so any picking of apples that you may do from this roadside tree may not really be considered genuine scrumping. However, it is such a delightful word...
