The cache container is a 2 litre screw-top container in a protective casing. We've inadvertently made it difficult to access the cache while trying to protect it from muggles.
You should leave the Bruce Highway at the Caltex service station WP1 and follow Greenhill Road to the park entry WP2.
No tools are necessary to open the cache.
Do not use excessive force to open the cache container. It opens very easily.
