Lake Kussharo is the biggest caldera lake in Japan, and has many hot springs around. In Sunayu, you can make a sand bathtub by digging sand beach, and enjoy having a bath. In winter many swans (Cygnus Cygnus) come and stay here. In 1973 mysterious animal was witnessed in the lake and called Kussy. However, after 2000, reporting of sighting was very few. Please bring your pen.
屈斜路湖は日本最大のカルデラ湖で、周辺には多くの温泉があります。その中でも砂湯は湖岸の砂浜を掘ると温泉が湧き出るので自分で湯船を作って入浴できます。冬にはオオハクチョウがやってきます。１９７３年ごろから目撃された未確認生物はクッシーと名づけられ有名になりました。しかし２０００年代以降に目撃されることがほとんどありません。筆記具を持参ください。
