The cache IS at the posted coordinates but you must meet the requirements to log a find.
This cache is a variation on the classic Fizzy Challenge.
FIZZY
To log this challenge you must find at least one cache for each of the 81 spaces on the Difficulty/Terrain grid on your stats page. In addition your qualifing caches must include one of each of the following types of caches:
TRADITIONAL
MULTI
MYSTERY/UNKNOWN
VIRTUAL
EVENT(REGULAR)
LETTERBOX HYBRID
EARTHCACHE
CITO EVENT
WILDCARD (Any other cache icon. Examples are: Wherigo, Webcam, Mega Event, Locationless, Lost and Found Event, Project APE or any other type in your stats.)
BINGO
Now for the hard part. Those cache types must form a bingo on your D/T stats grid. You can make a column so they all have the same terrain rating, a row with all the same difficulty rating or go for one of the diagonals.
In your log please list the 9 caches that you are using to complete the bingo. Include the D/T combo, cache type, GC number and date found. The following is an example of what a diagonal bingo would look like:

This cache can NOT be used to meet any of the requirements.
There are no date restrictions. You may use any of your previous finds.
All cache types are allowed. Any new ones added by Groundspeak may be used as a wildcard or to fill a spot on the D/T grid.
You may visit the cache and sign the log at any time but but you can't log a find on-line until you meet the requirements.
You must sign the physical logbook before logging it on-line.
The D/T rating of your finds at the time you log this cache must meet the requirements. If a rating has changed after you found a cache then you must find another to fill that slot. Please allow access to your stats page so I can verify that you have completed the requirements. Changes to D/T ratings after logging this cache will not affect your find on this cache.
