This is the thirteenth of a series of caches hidden CLOSE to electrical distribution substations. They are accessible from residential footpaths and roadside parking is available. This cache should be accessible to wheelchair users.
The given coordinates will take you to a position from where you will be able to obtain the substation plant and equipment number (SPENS No) which is engraved on the gate label.
You will need this six digit number in order to work out the cache coordinates.

Where x=cost of electricity used in an average winter month (in pence to the nearest penny)
And y=cost of electricity used in an average summer month (in pence to the nearest penny)
Average winter month use= 100watt lamp for 280hrs
