Oh the goblinoids are up to their usual mischief once again and only a sharpe memory with logical mind will figure out what they are up too. The cache IS NOT HIDDEN at the above coordinates but within the Boundary Bay Region (aka South of the Fraser River Region).
From his home, which is well concealed from passerby, Elfum could observe which individuals were using a trail in the forest. During one period he counted fifteen goblins, ogres and giants who passed his obervation point. Considering every third was an ogre, and that the numbers eight and thirteen were giants which of the fifteen were goblins, which were ogres and which were giants?
Hab came after Rio and Par, and before Tose. Coj came after Dino and Boe, who came after Geb who was before Fane. Ocho came before Veb and Par, who came before Rio, who came after Ejo, who came after Par who came after Veb. Deg came after Hab and before Tose, who came before Bib. Geb came after Zed who came after Zed who came after Bib and before Fane, who came before Boe who came before Dino.
But wait! What happens when after you finished your first count and then they meet up with reinforcements? What is your final count if there is an extra goblin and two more ogres?
