This is the first cache I have ever placed, that's why it's called "My First Time." It is a quick drive-up cache that is also wheelchair accessible. This cache may be covered in snow if there is heavy snow fall. Stealth is required! This is a high-traffic muggle area. Cache is a cammo covered pill bottle. Bring your own pen!!!
I purchased my first home here in Pollock Pines in December 2011. This is a beautiful community that attracts people from all over the country. Some make Pollock Pines their destination, while others just make it a quick stop on the way to South Lake Tahoe. Feel free to explore Sly Park Recreation Area with Jenkinson Lake just a few miles down Sly Park Road. If you want a quiet little fishing spot with NO parking fees (yay!) head just about half a mile down Forebay Road and your spot will be on the left. Welcome to Pollock Pines!
