This cache is located on the old homestead of Cleon and Opal Durfee, longtime residents of the small town of Almo, Idaho. Kid bling, BYOP, reward for FTF!
Cleon and Opal raised a family of 10 children here, 5 of which became angels much too early in life. The five surviving daughters maintain this place for family traditions such as picnics, hot dog roasts, camping, horseshoes, dancing, pranks, and just being with family. Enjoy the quaint town and think of how things used to be. There is no need to climb the fence to "reach" this cache, please stay on the east side of the fence. We do not live in the area but as this is "home" we have plenty of family to maintain the cache should it need maintenance. Beware of lots of muggles in late July! You can find parking in either direction on this old highway at the store, park service or the restaurant. A lesiurely stroll should take you to the coordinates.
