Out today along this trail to pick up a cache. While I was here, I found a great place to put a cache. It's a few yards off trail into the forest. Although there are other trees that look like giant spiders, so does this one.
Be careful of snakes and ticks, and the other usual suspects. I just read in the Mercury News that snakes are in high numbers this year. So be careful where you walk and don't put your hands into holes!.
The log and pencil are in one plastic bag. The other bag contains a funky FTF certificate, a camo pattern log book and camo pattern pencil for the FTF cacher to use in their own cache. Take only the bag containing the camoed log and pencil. Please rehide cache as you found it. Respect park hours. Parking is close at Mockingbird Hill entrance.
When you find the cache, you'll see why the 2.5 difficulty. Happy Norton Trail to youuuuuu
Congratulations to WERDAVE for FTF!
