Geocache Description:

The Three Little Bakers (3LB) Dinner Theatre was a Pike Creek landmark for years. During the 1940s the three Immediato brothers were known at the Acromaniacs. They got their first break at the Paramount Theatre in New York and Tommy Dorsey even led their backup band. The brothers opened their first bakery in Wilmington and later opened 7 others. Wanting a larger venue so that the trio could combine their love of entertainment and baking, in 1971 they built a 450-seat dinner theater and bakery in Kennett Square. They outgrew this space in 10 years. In 1984 they bought the Pike Creek Valley Country Club. After 9-11 tourism slowed. The dinner theatre closed it's doors in 2007. It was an end of an era. Just on the other side of the creek was the golf course.
